Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
B.R. Commercials is part of the B.R. Group of companies. We operate a high-traffic highway campus, featuring Haldiram’s, Burger King, and JioBP fuel station. Our fuel station has consistently been the highest selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh for the past year. In the same time-frame, we have also been the Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business by onboarding many new, international brands to our campus.
We are growing very fast, and the Business Operations Executive will play a critical role in managing the daily activities, ensuring efficient follow-ups, and handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
OFFICE LOCATION: Kapoor House, Choubey Colony, Raipur (CG) | City Office
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible)
SALARY: ₹20k to ₹25k per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Government Liaison & Execution: Direct government correspondence, legal drafting, and regulatory follow-ups. Execute local mobility across Raipur to oversee ground operations, secure clearances, and ensure seamless business delivery.
- Project Management: Assist in managing various projects and initiatives led by the MD. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Follow-ups & Delegation: Proactively track and follow up with required personnel on non-regular tasks and projects assigned by the MD. Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular updates on progress.
- Local Mobility: Undertake local travel (within Raipur) to required locations as needed to execute tasks, oversee operations, and ensure seamless business delivery.
- Vendor & Purchase Management: Source, vet, and manage third-party vendors for one-off tasks and ad-hoc requirements. Authorize and handle operational purchases, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of services.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents. Ensure all documents are filed and maintained systematically.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents. Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Handle any travel-related issues that may arise.
- Administrative & Personal Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks. Assist with personal tasks as needed.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent follow-up skills are core to this role.
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (basic functions).
- High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Professional and polite demeanour in interactions.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
GOOD TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably from a secretarial college).
- Good aesthetic sense and basic design skills.
- Proficiency in Google search.
- An interest in reading books.
