This role demands a farmer — someone who owns their territory, builds markets from scratch, and treats every blank spot on the map as a personal challenge. We are not looking for seat-warmers.

The Role

The Area SE is our primary commercial interface in the field. You will be responsible for expanding our distributor and dealer network, driving secondary sales, and generating active demand — not waiting for it. You will map the competitive landscape, onboard new accounts, and submit structured weekly reports that reflect real ground-level intelligence. Territory ownership is absolute; output is non-negotiable.

What We Expect

A minimum of 2–4 years of field sales experience in EV batteries, 2W/3W batteries, solar batteries, or auto accessories — with a verifiable record of building distribution from the ground up. You have opened new accounts, managed distributor relationships, and pushed sell-out, not just sell-in. You communicate with authority in Bengali, Hindi and your regional language, and you are comfortable spending 20 or more days a month in the field. If travel feels like a constraint to you, this is not the right opportunity.

Self-driven and result-oriented with a competitive streak that does not switch off between Monday and Friday. You do not need to be told where to go or what to do — you identify the gaps, build the plan, and execute. You take your numbers personally.

Areas you will grow

Successful growth leaders will be growing the company's footprint in all districts of West Bengal with special focus on the following markets.

a) Siliguri and surrounding areas of North Bengal like Coochbehar, Alipurduar, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Jalpaiguri

b) Behrampore and surrounding districts like Murshidabad, Malda, Dakhin & Uttar Dinajpur

c) Krishnanagar and surrounding areas of Nadia and North 24 Paragons

d) Howrah and surrounding districts of Hugli

e) Purba and Paschim Midnapore and Jhargram

f) Purulia, Bankura and Paschim Bardhaman

g) Purba Bardhaman and Birbhum

h) Kolkata and surrounding areas including South 24 Paragons
