Role OverviewWe are looking for a qualified and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to oversee routine medical care, emergency response, and ongoing health monitoring for staff and trainees at our Kolad–Raigad facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare, routine check-ups, and general medical consultations.

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.

• Manage medical emergencies, first aid administration, and stabilization of patients prior to referral.

• Maintain detailed medical records, case histories, and fitness assessments.

• Oversee medicine stock, emergency kits, and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols.

• Provide preventive healthcare guidance, wellness counselling, and health education.

• Coordinate with hospitals, specialists, or paramedics for escalated cases.

• Ensure adherence to medical, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Qualifications

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.

• Valid MCI / State Medical Council Registration.

• Experience in General Practice, Family Medicine, or Emergency Care preferred.

• Ability to handle remote-site medical responsibilities independently.

• Skills & CompetenciesExcellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

• Calm, composed, and effective under pressure—especially during emergencies.

• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.

• Professional, dependable, and ethical.
