Lead - Field instrumentation (Turbine)

Responsibilities

• Ensuring use of PPE’s and zero accident
• To improve safety awareness among technicians through counselling. 
• Ensure availability of all C&I systems related to Turbine & Auxiliaries.
• To attend routine maintenance in Turbine & Auxiliaries area.
•  Long term planning & execution of unit overhaul.
• Root cause analysis & action for avoiding recurrence of problems using latest technologies, improving plant reliability. 
• Ensuring backups of DCS and PLC System. 
• Coordination with other departments for minimizing delay. 
• Technicians development through OJT/counselling. 
• Spares/inventory Management and Development of Indigenous spares.
• Adherence to BPT process, IMS, 5S and Technical Audits & Compliance.
• Ensure 100% ZFO implementation & zero human error.
• Implementation of SMS, 5S, BPT 
• Responsible for the compliance of Safety audit/ inspections in SAP- EHMS
• Should report and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions / near miss
• Should ensure compliance of JSA in each job · Participate in incident management as needed, support implementation of CAPA

Qualifications

• Experience Total : 8-12Yrs
• Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (C&I, E&C, Electronics, Mech.) 
• Control Systems
• MBA
