Site Incharge

·       Responsible for overall plant profitability with New connections;

·       Optimal solar production, battery bank health and material state of DG leading to minimum DG run at the plants in the Area

·       Train, manage and monitor the performance of Cluster Business heads; recruit/ train and manage plant personnel in the Area

·       Collate and maintain reports/MIS of all clusters under the area

·       Day to day coordination with Security/Technical/ Minigrid executives deployed in area.

·       Close coordination with Security officer for execution of diesel filling Ops.

Liasion with Tower company JOMs/ CIs
