Job Title: Branch Sales Executive / Branch Sales Manager

Industry: Logistics, Courier, Freight & Supply Chain

• Key Responsibilities Generate new customers and business for the branch.
• Visit potential customers and explain logistics, courier, freight, and transportation services.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations, pickup/delivery teams, and customer service to ensure smooth service.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and pending quotations.
• Monitor competitors, market rates, and local business opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for resolution.
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and daily activity reports.
• Follow up for payments and outstanding invoices when required.
• Identify opportunities for corporate accounts, bulk shipments, e-commerce clients, exporters/importers, and local businesses.
