Welder / Fitter

Arceus India Private Limited is looking for a skilled and hardworking Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, fitting, welding, and assembly of pouch packaging machinery and related components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fitting work for packaging machinery fabrication
• Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and fabrication layouts
• Assemble machine structures, frames, and mechanical parts accurately
• Operate welding equipment, cutting tools, grinders, and fabrication machinery
• Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality checks during assembly
• Assist production and service teams whenever required
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Report material or technical issues to the production supervisor

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma or relevant experience in Welding & Fabrication
• Experience in MIG, TIG, or Arc Welding preferred
• Basic understanding of machine fitting and fabrication work
• Ability to use fabrication tools and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
• Prior experience in machinery manufacturing is an added advantage
