Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven BPO Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining various loan products (Personal, Home, Business, or Car loans), and generating qualified leads or closing sales.

  • 📋 Job Description & Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Product Pitching: Explain different types of loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options clearly to customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch appropriate financial products, and convert potential leads into successful applications.
  • Documentation Support: Guide customers through the initial documentation process and coordinate with the credit team for smooth processing.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily talk-time targets and monthly sales/lead generation goals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with customers by solving their queries regarding loan processes.
  • 🎓 Candidate Requirements & EligibilityMinimum Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream (Any candidate can apply).
  • Experience:
  • Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome (Prior experience in Banking, Loans, Insurance, or BPO sales is a huge plus).
  • Language Skills: Strong command over Hindi and Marathi, with basic/working English.
  • Key Skills: Outbound Calling, Telesales, Telecalling Marketing, Customer Service, and Good Communication Skills.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.
