We are looking for a skilled CNC VMC/HMC Setter responsible for machine setup, tool setting, fixture alignment, program loading, and first-piece approval. The candidate should ensure high-quality production, minimize machine downtime, and achieve daily production targets

Set up CNC VMC and HMC machines as per production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and GD&T.

Install and align fixtures, jigs, and workpieces accurately.

Set tool offsets, work offsets, and machine parameters.

Load, verify, and edit CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi) when required.

Perform trial runs and obtain first-piece approval.

Conduct in-process inspections using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator.

Monitor machining operations and make offset corrections to maintain quality.

Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, fixtures, and machine settings.
