About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Camera Production Executive who can manage the complete video-production process—from setting up cameras, lighting, audio and podcast equipment to editing and delivering high-quality content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on podcasts, founder-led content, interviews, reels, YouTube videos and social-media content. This role is suitable for someone who understands both the technical and creative sides of video production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate cameras for podcasts, interviews, reels and other video shoots.
• Manage lighting setup according to the studio environment and video format.
• Set up microphones, audio recorders and podcast equipment.
• Monitor camera framing, focus, exposure, white balance and audio quality during shoots.
• Handle single-camera and multi-camera podcast recordings.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms.
• Convert podcast episodes into engaging short-form reels, shorts and promotional clips.
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, background music, sound effects and motion graphics.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading and audio cleaning.
• Create engaging hooks and visually strong opening sequences.
• Synchronise audio and footage from multiple cameras.
• Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and final exports.
• Create thumbnails or coordinate with the design team when required.
• Ensure that all content follows the brand’s visual identity and communication style.
• Stay updated with current Instagram, YouTube and podcast-editing trends.
• Assist with maintaining cameras, lights, microphones and studio equipment.
• Deliver content according to the publishing schedule and deadlines.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of video editing and post-production.
• Practical experience with camera handling and video-shoot setups.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, camera angles and framing.
• Knowledge of podcast recording and multi-camera production.
• Ability to clean and improve recorded audio.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Audition or similar audio-editing software
• Photoshop or Canva
• Understanding of video formats, resolutions, frame rates and export settings.
• Ability to create both horizontal and vertical content.
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
• Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience editing podcasts, interviews or founder-led content.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
• Basic knowledge of photography and thumbnail design.
• Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Familiarity with Sony, Canon, Panasonic or similar camera systems.
• Understanding of personal branding, startup content and audience engagement.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
• Experience1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Skilled freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
