🎥 Position:

Video Editor + Digital Marketing Executive (TriSoul Wellness)

Location: Pune (Hybrid/On-site preferred) | Full-time | Growth role

We are looking for a creative and fast video editor who loves turning raw content into high-performing reels and short videos—and can support basic backend social media tasks.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Content Creation (80%)

• Edit daily/regular short videos for Instagram, FB, YouTube Shorts & Telegram
• Select best takes from raw recordings and elevate them

Add:

✔ Transitions & smooth cuts

✔ Captions & subtitles

✔ B-rolls, overlays, graphics, emojis

✔ Background music & sound effects

• Maintain consistent brand style, tone & storytelling
• Create reusable templates for faster production
• Suggest creative ways to improve hooks, layouts & flow
• Export platform-ready outputs in correct sizes

2. Social Media Execution (20%)Upload, schedule & publish content across:

• Instagram → Facebook → YouTube → Telegram → LinkedIn
• Write captions (or refine provided ones) with hashtags/keywords
• Handle daily posting calendar & reminders
• Track basic insights — views, engagement, trends
• Suggest content optimizations based on platform performance

🧠 Skills & Qualifications :

You should have hands-on experience with:

• CapCut (must) - Or Any other tool that can do end to end editing.
• Adobe Premiere / After Effects, InstaEdits, other AI Based tools (bonus)
• Reels-first editing mindset
• Fast and clean editing workflow
• Basic social media & digital marketing knowledge
• Good sense of timing, pacing & design aesthetics
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility on deadlines
• YouTube thumbnail creation
• Digital Marketing especially Social Media marketing Experience.

💡 Nice-To-Have (Not mandatory but preferred)

• Canva or basic graphic design skills
• Understanding of wellness/yoga/fitness content
• Experience handling brand pages
• Comfortable managing Telegram/LinkedIn posting
