UI Lead - React Job

Experience: 6+ years
Role Focus: Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

•    Strong background in full stack development (JavaScript based stacks preferred)
•    Hands on experience building scalable web based applications
•    Solid experience with JavaScript technologies (e.g., React, Node.js preferred)
•    Good understanding of API design and development & other integration techs like webhooks, MQs etc,
•    Experience working with AWS and cloud native apps 
•    Some background on ai tools beginner level is fine too
•    Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
•    Good understanding of RDBMS/DBMS concepts
•    Knowledge of Oauth2.0 (e.g. okta or similar services)
•    Strong problem solving skills
•    Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with stakeholders

Good to Have
•    Experience with Java
•    Exposure to Okta, OAuth, or similar authentication/authorization mechanisms
•    Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations/support
•    Awareness of AI/ML based solutions (e.g., MCP or similar)
•    Experience with tools such as JIRA, Team Retro, Mural, Workboard, or similar collaboration tools

Notes
•    Primary focus is on engineering strength, problem solving ability & full stack expertise
•    Tool specific experience (JIRA, Mural, etc.) is not mandatory
