Job Title: Trainer – Personal Loan Sales Process
Department: Operations / Training
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–2 Years (Mandatory)
Industry: BPO / BFSI / Personal Loan Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Trainer with 1–2 years of experience in the
Personal Loan Sales Process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales
training, product knowledge, process coaching, and improving team performance through
effective training interventions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new hires.
• Deliver product, process, sales, and soft skills training.
• Train advisors on Personal Loan products, sales techniques, objection handling, and
compliance.
• Conduct refresher training sessions based on quality and performance gaps.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, mock calls, and floor observations.
• Coordinate with Operations, QA, and HR teams to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and reports.
• Ensure trainees meet productivity and quality standards before going live.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of the Personal Loan Sales Process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and training documentation.
• Ability to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer in the Personal Loan Sales domain (Mandatory).
• Experience in BPO/BFSI sales processes is preferred.
Preferred Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple training batches.
