We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join a leading insurance sales team in Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

📍 Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Last Drawn Salary)

🎯 Attractive Incentives over and above fixed salary

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Sell insurance products over phone calls to prospective customers

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans

✅ Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

✅ Build strong customer relationships through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

✔ Freshers will be offered ₹20,000 CTC + Incentives

✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi are mandatory

✔ Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills

✔ Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
