Job Description

Make daily outbound calls to retailers/shop owners.

Inform retailers about our products, offers, and sales schemes.

  • Check whether the sales team has visited the shop and follow up on pending visits.
  • Ask about product requirements and collect orders from retailers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding retailer visits and orders.
  • Maintain daily call records and update sales/visit reports.
  • Follow up with retailers for repeat orders and customer requirements.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales-related targets.
  • Handle retailer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for smooth order and delivery processes.
