About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Address customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an advantage.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
