Telecaller / Customer Support Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Receive customer phone calls and provide accurate information.
- Handle inquiries related to Caregivers, Nurses, and Attendants.
- Respond to leads and customer inquiries received via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate communication between Clients and Caregivers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and confirm bookings.
- Update daily call records and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.
