Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for handling customer enquiries, showroom walk-ins, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role involves coordinating between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, website leads, and social media.
* Allocate leads to sales consultants as per dealership process.
* Maintain and update customer data in DMS/CRM systems.
* Conduct timely follow-ups for enquiries, test drives, quotations, and pending bookings.
* Schedule showroom visits and test drive appointments.
* Ensure proper customer reception and hospitality in the showroom.
* Coordinate with sales consultants for enquiry closure and retail updates.
* Follow up with customers for documentation and finance process support.
* Maintain daily enquiry, booking, and follow-up reports.
* Conduct feedback calls for customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Support marketing activities, events, and customer engagement campaigns.
* Ensure adherence to OEM CRM standards and dealership processes.
Required Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM/DMS handling.
* Customer handling and telecalling skills.
* Positive attitude and presentable personality.
* Ability to work under targets and follow-up schedules.
* Knowledge of automobile sales process is preferred.
## Qualification:
* Graduate in any discipline preferred.
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer handling, telecalling, or automobile CRM preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience. Plus incentives
