Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Promote personal loan products and explain features, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers until loan processing is completed.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth documentation and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and application status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while handling customer information.
