Job Title: Domestic BPO Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound Calling)
Job Description:
We are hiring Domestic BPO Telecallers for inbound and outbound calling processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide required information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and process requirements.
