Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales or customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily and monthly calling or sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
