Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing automobile business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Generate leads and schedule appointments for vehicle services and detailing.

* Follow up on customer inquiries and service reminders.

* Maintain customer database and update CRM records.

* Explain company services, offers, and promotions to customers.

* Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

* Coordinate with the operations and service team for appointment management.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or automobile industry preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

* Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.

* Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

* Female candidate preferred
