Job Description
Call prospective students from assigned leads.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Counsel students and parents regarding admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission is completed.
Schedule campus visits, online counselling sessions, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM/Admission Portal.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.
Resolve basic student queries professionally.
Submit daily activity and performance reports.
