Job Description
We are hiring Telecallers for our loan sales process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable loan products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, and Business Loan.
- Understand customer requirements and check basic eligibility.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the loan process is completed.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and calling applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Sales and telecalling experience in banking/loan processes will be an advantage.
