Key Responsibilities:

* Contact students and explain our IT training programs and courses.

* Follow up with interested candidates and maintain accurate records.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

* Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.

* Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned targets.
