Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals, installations, and follow-ups.
- Receive incoming customer calls and resolve basic inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians.
- Maintain customer records and update service details in the system.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Explain AMC plans, service offers, and promotions to customers.
- Generate leads for water purifier sales and AMC renewals.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM or calling software).
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
