Job Title: Operational Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operational Executive to coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensure smooth communication, and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of client servicing and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate with marketing, design, sales, and other departments to ensure timely task completion.

Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

Follow up with leads and maintain lead records.

Assign tasks to team members and track progress.

Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the execution team.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.

Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in operations, client servicing, coordination, or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with clients and leads over calls.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience in digital marketing or agency operations.

Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
