Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, follow up on inquiries, develop dealer/distributor networks, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

The candidate should be confident in B2B calling, lead generation, customer follow-up, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from provided databases and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with furniture manufacturers, carpenters, distributors, dealers, interior contractors, packaging companies, and industrial customers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings for field sales representatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Explain product features, applications, pricing, and benefits.
  • Maintain CRM and daily call reports.
  • Track inquiries from first contact to order closure.
  • Re-engage inactive customers and generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for quotations and order processing.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Experience in B2B sales calling.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in adhesives, chemicals, plywood, laminates, furniture hardware, construction materials, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Existing knowledge of dealer/distributor networks is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
  • Proven record of lead generation and sales conversions.
  • KPI / Performance MetricsDaily outbound calls: 80–120
  • Qualified leads generated: 40–60 per month
  • Meetings scheduled: 20–30 per month
  • Inquiry-to-opportunity conversion rate
  • Revenue generated through telecalling activities
  • Customer follow-up effectiveness
  • Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
