Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, follow up on inquiries, develop dealer/distributor networks, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
The candidate should be confident in B2B calling, lead generation, customer follow-up, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from provided databases and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with furniture manufacturers, carpenters, distributors, dealers, interior contractors, packaging companies, and industrial customers.
- Handle incoming inquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule meetings for field sales representatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Explain product features, applications, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain CRM and daily call reports.
- Track inquiries from first contact to order closure.
- Re-engage inactive customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for quotations and order processing.
- Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience in B2B sales calling.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in adhesives, chemicals, plywood, laminates, furniture hardware, construction materials, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors.
- Existing knowledge of dealer/distributor networks is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
- Proven record of lead generation and sales conversions.
- KPI / Performance MetricsDaily outbound calls: 80–120
- Qualified leads generated: 40–60 per month
- Meetings scheduled: 20–30 per month
- Inquiry-to-opportunity conversion rate
- Revenue generated through telecalling activities
- Customer follow-up effectiveness
- Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
