Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Telecaller to join DonatePune.com and help us connect with people who want to contribute towards creating a positive impact in Pune. The role involves communicating with donors, explaining our donation initiatives, coordinating collection details, and building strong relationships with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and community members.
• Explain DonatePune.com’s mission, donation process, and social initiatives.
• Coordinate pickup schedules for donated items.
• Follow up with donors and maintain proper communication records.
• Handle queries related to donations and campaigns.
• Build trust and encourage more people to participate in social welfare activities.
• Support awareness campaigns through calls and conversations.
• Maintain daily call reports and updates.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Friendly, polite, and convincing personality.
• Basic knowledge of computer and data handling.
• Ability to interact with different types of people.
• Passion for social work and helping communities.

Experience:

Freshers can apply. Experience in telecalling, customer support, or NGO work will be an advantage.
