Telecaller

Key Responsibilities -

• Make outbound and follow-up calls.
• Explain products/services and resolve queries.
• Convert inquiries into orders and achieve order conversion targets.
• Process and coordinate customer orders accurately.
• Maintain customer records and update call details.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
