Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong expertise in financial consolidation and reporting processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
