Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within the assigned account. This role requires coordinating various technology contracts and engagements to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The individual actively works to broaden the technology footprint by identifying opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions. Collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders is essential to develop comprehensive account plans that drive growth and strengthen client relationships. The role demands strategic thinking and proactive engagement to maximize the value delivered to the client and the organization.

- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Drive the development and execution of technology account strategies to align with client objectives and business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that align with client needs.
- Skilled in guiding technical teams through architecture decisions and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
