Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely technical assistance, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and services.

The role involves interacting with customers to understand their concerns, diagnosing technical problems, and delivering effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, applications, and related components
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system
  • Assist users with system usage, troubleshooting steps, and technical queries
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the senior technical team as required
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction


Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, and remote support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner to non-technical users
