Job Description
Job Title: Tech Support & Data Entry Executive
Location: Nigdi, Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in Supabase, Odoo, and ERP systems.
- Update backend data accurately using a spreadsheet-style database interface.
- Prepare compliance certificates using application data.
- Track, document, and escalate product issues to the engineering team.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Experience in data entry, data operations, or technical support.
- Basic understanding of relational databases/PostgreSQL.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
