Tech Lead – Power Platform & AI (DeBusk Engagement)

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse in a scalable, governed model
• Architect and implement AI Builder and Copilot Studio–based solutions, including custom copilots and agentic workflows.
• Drive end-to-end automation initiatives, integrating workflows with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle fusion, APIs).
• Design and develop API integrations and connectors to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
• Define solution architecture, reusable components, and development standards aligned with enterprise governance (CoE).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI-led business applications and automation solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all solutions and environments.
• Provide strong client-facing communication, driving workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
