Job Responsibilities

• Follow store opening and closing protocols as per company standards.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality at all times.
• Adhere to grooming standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare food and beverages as per company SOPs while maintaining proper MRD standards.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in line with operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Take customer orders efficiently and provide accurate information regarding menu items.
• Manage online orders effectively and ensure correct packaging and handover to delivery partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle cash, online payments, and other payment methods accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the customer area, kitchen area, and storage area.
• Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all times.
• Learn and understand key operational parameters that contribute to store performance and audit scores.
• Ensure timely completion of training modules and courses through Waffle Academy.
