Job Title: Team Leader – Service Sector

Experience: Minimum 1 year in team handling/people management

Location: Ambegaon Katraj Pune

Job Type: Full-time



Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to oversee daily service operations and drive employee performance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management and frontline staff, ensuring excellent customer service delivery while meeting key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Operations: Manage daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Set daily goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs).
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Train, support, and motivate team members to achieve their targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer escalations and resolve internal team conflicts promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Industry: Prior experience working within the service sector (e.g., BPO, hospitality, retail, customer support).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic CRM/ticketing software.
  • Education: Graduate degree or equivalent professional diploma.
