Tally Support Executive

A Tally Support Executive is responsible for

1. Resolving customer queries regarding Tally software (like TallyPrime)

2.Managing software installations, and troubleshooting technical or accounting errors.

3.They guide clients through functionalities like GST and invoicing, while ensuring seamless software operations and excellent client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot Tally errors, connectivity issues, and assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.
• Customer Assistance: Resolve client queries promptly via phone, email, or remote sessions. Escalate complex technical or functional bugs to senior developers.
• Accounting & Compliance Support: Guide users in executing accounting entries and understanding taxation functionalities (e.g., GST, TDS, and payroll) within Tally.
• Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct product demonstrations and train end-users on how to effectively utilize Tally features.
• Documentation & Ticketing: Log all customer interactions, track resolutions, and update CRM platforms to maintain strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
