Tally Reports & MIS Reporting

• Generate and maintain regular Stock & Inventory Reports from Tally Prime.
• Prepare Stock Summary, Stock Item-wise, Godown-wise and Location-wise Reports.
• Generate Purchase Register / Purchase Summary reports.
• Prepare Vendor-wise Purchase Reports.
• Generate Purchase Order Register and Pending PO Reports.
• Prepare PO-wise Material Received / Pending Material Reports.
• Generate Purchase Order Outstanding / Pending Order Reports.
• Prepare Material Inward & Outward Reports.
• Prepare Stock Transfer and Material Return Reports.
• Prepare Stock Movement / Consumption Reports.
• Generate Item-wise Purchase and Stock Analysis Reports.
• Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily MIS Reports as required by management.
• Export Tally reports to Excel and prepare management reports in Excel.
• Ensure all Tally data and reports are accurate and updated on time.

Required Skills:

Good working knowledge of Tally Prime – Inventory Module.

Practical experience in Stock & Inventory Management.

Good knowledge of Purchase & Purchase Order processes.

Knowledge of Stock Groups, Stock Categories, Units and Godowns.

Good knowledge of Tally Reports and Excel MIS Reporting.

Good command of MS Excel.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.
