Delmon Solutions is a leading It solutions provider and is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter for its Pune(Baner) location.

Job Details : Work From Office

Office timings : 830 am to 530 pm , Sunday work off.

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for clients (Contract & C2H roles).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer follow-ups.
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain quality submissions.
• Visit client locations within Pune for stakeholder interactions.

Key Skills Required:

• Min 5 years experience in IT recruitment
• Strong experience in IT skill-based sourcing (Java, .NET, SAP, DevOps, Testing, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience working on Contract / C2H roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
• Complete work from the office is required.
