• Defining operating standards for the team and ensuring essential procedures are being followed.
• Solving technical issues based on functional policies, procedures, and business plans.
• Setting employee performance objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
• Managing and supervising a semi-complex, medium-sized product team.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
