Job Description
Counseling the students for the UPSC / MPSC options. Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done Achieving monthly sales targets, cold calling. Work Schedule: 6 days a week (including weekends), 1 fixed weekly off on weekday.
Aspirant Counseling: Guide students on the UPSC exam pattern (Prelims, Mains, Interview) and syllabus.
Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries (walk-ins, calls, or web leads) into paid enrollments.
Course Mapping: Recommend specific batches (Foundation, Optional, or Test Series) based on the student's background.
Target Management: Meet daily/weekly admission quotas set by the institute.
Follow-ups: Maintain a pipeline of potential students through consistent calling and messaging.
CRM Management: Update student data and interaction history in software like Lead Squared or Salesforce.
