Job Description
- Manage end-to-end operations of the furniture retail store, including sales, delivery coordination, and customer experience.
- Drive sales of furniture categories such as sofas, beds, dining, and modular products to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and coach the sales team on product knowledge, space planning, and customer engagement.
- Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and ensure availability of fast-moving furniture items.
- Ensure showroom layout, visual merchandising, and display setups reflect home concepts and design aesthetics.
- Handle customer escalations, after-sales service, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
