Billing & Payments

• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments accurately
• Generate bills using POS system and ensure correct pricing
• Maintain daily cash balance and handover reports
• Check opening and closing stock
• Day end reports

Order Coordination

• Take customer orders and communicate clearly with kitchen staff
• Ensure correct orders are packed and handed over
• Manage takeaway and delivery order billing (Swiggy/Zomato, if applicable)

Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and assist with menu queries
• Resolve basic customer complaints at the counter
• Ensure fast and friendly service during peak hours

Cash & Records Management

• Maintain cash drawer and avoid shortages/excess
• Prepare end-of-day sales reports
• Follow company SOPs for billing and refunds
• upselling of other products

Hygiene & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness at the billing counter
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Adhere to brand policies and store guidelines
