Store Manager / Store In-Charge (Female) – Pune
Company: Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Female Store Manager to lead our kids' entertainment centre in Pune.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent guest experience
- Supervise and motivate the store team
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards
- Manage cash, billing, reports, and inventory
- Coordinate birthday parties and events
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Customer Service
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Presentable personality with leadership abilities
- Comfortable working on weekends and rotational shifts
Preferred Background: Retail stores, Play Zones, Family Entertainment Centres, Restaurants, Cafés, Hotels, Malls, or Hospitality.
