Store Keeper

We are looking for a responsible Storekeeper for our Central Kitchen.

Role: The person will be in charge of the Central Kitchen STORE only, not the full kitchen operations.

Main work:

- Maintain tight stock control of all dry goods, wet items, meats, sauces, packaging and other materials

- Receive material from suppliers and verify quantity/quality

- Issue material to kitchen team as per requirement

- Maintain FIFO, expiry tracking and proper storage

- Keep daily stock records updated

- Report shortages, excess stock, damage or wastage immediately

- Ensure store area is clean, organised and pest-free

- Coordinate with purchase/accounts/CK team for stock movement

Requirement:

Experience in store/inventory handling preferred, especially in food/QSR/hotel/central kitchen setup. Must be honest, disciplined, organised and good with numbers.
