Store Incharge

The Store Incharge manages and oversees the daily operations of an automobile parts store, ensuring the efficient handling of inventory, timely processing of orders, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves inventory management, staff supervision, and coordination with other departments to support the overall operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.

Manage stock receipts, storage, and distribution processes to maintain accurate inventory records.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Order Processing:

Handle incoming orders from customers and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to manage parts procurement and restocking.

Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Store Operations:

Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment, ensuring that parts and accessories are properly displayed and easily accessible.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the store.

Implement and oversee efficient store operations and procedures.

Staff Supervision:

Supervise and train store staff, including parts counter personnel and inventory clerks.

Assign tasks and responsibilities, and monitor performance to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.

Handle staff scheduling and manage daily operational issues.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with parts identification, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Maintain a strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories to effectively assist customers.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, sales, and sub vendor interactions.

Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and operational metrics to management.

Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and store activities.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that the store operates in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and customers.
