Job Description
- Inform to store before coming all Goods.
- Inward material checking as per party invoice and our P.O. quantity.
- Make GRN and Inward in Stock Register.
- Material Stacking as per FIFO System same day after GRN.
- GRN Send to a/c Department for Stock System updates.
- Check Small Machine,damage box of new Machines,Properly tagging with Stickers.
- Extra received Spares in Toolkit make GRN,Stock book entry.
- Make GRN of all (Repair,buyback Machins)and DC with Item code.
- Stock audit of every end of month.
- Arrange transport vendor as per quotation and area wise.
- Remove store material from Store as per TaxInvoice and Delivary Challan(FIFO).
- Crosschk dispach materialas per d.c before Exit.
- Check Vehicle Fitness Certificate,Insurance,PUC.
- check Driver Licence,vehical no,Mob no,Lorry Receipt number.
- Invoice has to chk by collection person and then sent to store person.
- LR and Dispatch details updated by Dispatch person before 1 pm.of Next Day.
- Responsible for Material Loading.
- crosscheck with driver for Material Quantity.
- Handover Party invoice to Driver (Client Copy and Transport Copy of Challan).
- Responsible for Material Dispatched.
- Acknowledgement of Driver Copy Next Day.
- Make a note in Register.
