Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field

Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Django Flask or FastAPI

Strong understanding of OOP RESTful API development and database design

Experience with relational PostgresSQL MySQL and NoSQL databases MongoDB

Familiarity with version control tools eg Git

Should have working knowledge of CICD tools

Experience with Kubernetes preferably GKE onprem

Should be well versed with kubernetes architecture

Experience using load balancers with Kubernetes ingress controllers

Experience with Service Mesh or Overlay Network technology such as Istio Linkerd or Envoy

Experience with distributed storage technologies like NFS HDFS Ceph S3

Experience with container registries and image scanning

Experience with query languages like SQL PromQL Splunk Processing Language

Experience with Splunk log analysis

Experience with GCP

Good understanding of API integration

Experience with VMWare and VSphere

Ability to script in one or more shell languages such as Bash or PowerShell

A proactive approach to spotting problems areas for improvement and performance bottlenecks

Ability to research and integrate solutions using new technology
