Solar Technician

• Installation of solar module mounting structures.
• Installation and wiring of solar panels, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing systems.
• Cable laying, cable dressing, and electrical connections.
• Support commissioning and testing of solar power plants.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
• Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for timely project execution.
• Maintain installation quality as per company standards.
• Submit daily work reports and site updates.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma in Electrical preferred.
• Experience in solar installation, electrical works, or rooftop projects preferred.
• Freshers with electrical background can also apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety practices.
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftop installations.
• Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations.
